La legge italiana n° 675 del 1996 protegge la privacy dei dati personali. Per questo motivo in qualunque momento puoi richiedere la cancellazione o la modifica dei dati in nostro possesso.

la vogliamo informare che, in accordo con l'Ordinanza Esecutiva n. 196, art. 13, 2003 (Codice per la protezione dei dati personali), il trattamento dei dati personali dei visitatori di questo sito è al solo scopo di registrazione. In connessione con il trattamento dei dati personali, il Visitatore può esercitare - direttamente ed in ogni momento - i diritti descritti nell'Ordine Esecutivo n. 196, art. 7, 2003 (Codice per la protezione dei dati personali) ed in particolare essere informato delle seguenti:

- scopi e metodi di trattamento;
- logiche impiegate nel caso di trattamento digitale dei dati;
- dati personali del Gestore, in accordo con l'articolo 5, paragrafo 2;
Al Visitatore è anche concesso di ottenere:
- una correzione dei dati, o un integrazione degli stessi dove possibile;
- la cancellazione o la conversione in forma anonima, soprattutto per quei dati che fossero stati utilizzati per uno scopo diverso da quello per cui erano stati raccolti;
- il documento che certifica che le operazioni elencate ai punti a) e b), così come i rispettivi contenuti, sono state rivelate alle persone a carico dei dati, ammesso che questo sia possibile e che non richieda un impiego di mezzi eccessivo, secondo la legge in vigore.
Il Visitatore ha anche il diritto di opporsi alle seguenti operazioni:
- il trattamento - anche se importante ai fini della raccolta di dati
- dei suoi dati personali, per ragioni legittime;
- il trattamento dei propri dati la fine dell'invio di informazioni commerciali o pubblicitarie.

we would like to inform you that, according to the Exec. Ord. n. 196, art. 13, 2003 (Code for protection of personal data), the treatment of data provided by customers when registering at this website is aimed at registering the user. In the event the data are not provided, the registration will not be successful.
You are further informed that the consent to data treatment may be given by the Customer directly or through third parties - even through one or more remote communication techniques (e-mail, telephone, automatic call systems not requiring operators or fax machines) - for the following purposes:
a) promotional initiatives concerning products and/or services performed through the Web Site;
b) promotional initiatives concerning products and/or services pertaining to third parties;
c) studies and statistical and market researches.
The treatments mentioned above may be performed using paper or computer and/or computerized supports and in all cases employing methods and procedures that ensure their safety and confidentiality and in compliance with the law provisions in force.

In connection with treatment of personal data, the Customer can exercise - directly and in any time - the rights provided for in the Exec. Ord. n. 196, art. 7, 2003 (Code for protection of personal data), and in particular gain information about:

- purposes and method of treatment;
- logics employed in case of treatment supported by electronic instruments;
- personal data of holder, responsible subjects and representative in charge in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;
- subjects or groups of subjects the personal data may be disclosed to or who may learn about them in their capacity as representative in charge in the State territory, responsible subjects or subjects in charge.
The Customer shall also be entitled to obtain:
- updated, rectified or, where interested in them, integrated data;
- cancellation, conversion to the anonymous form or block of data treated in breach of the law, including those not needing to be kept within the purposes for which the data were collected and than treated;
- the document certifying that the operations listed in points a) and b), as well as their respective contents, were revealed to those acquainted with the data, unless such fulfilment is not possible or involves a clearly excessive employment of means compared to the right defended.
The Customer shall further be entitled to oppose, in full or in part:
- treatment - though relevant to the purpose of the collection - of his/her personal data, for legitimate reasons;
- treatment of his/her personal data aimed at forwarding advertising materials or direct sales or performing market researches or commercial noticing.
